The holes will be present when it arrives to you. I need the slack to shorten the belt and put a nice curved tip on the front. This is a gorgeous piece. To some the hobble belt is a unknown kink toy. The hobble belt is both a a wearable belt as well as a multi purpose restraint tool. Made to rig wrists, thighs or ankles together. There’s also a simple three loop that secured both wrists to the neck. I’ve also seen behind the back bicep ties done with it. This is made of premium high end brand name leather from The Horween Tannery. Its a aniline leather, which means as it wears and gets a bit broken in it starts to look marble like. Showing lighter and darker contrast. Leather doesn’t come looking, smelling and feeling more high end than this leather.
